Four Northern Nash athletes signed with colleges as part of National Signing Day last week.
Brian Hopkins (Elizabeth City State), Chris Reynolds (Louisburg College), Michael Bunn (N.C. Wesleyan) and Austin Curtis (William Penn) each signed letters of intent to play football.
Bunn had four sacks and led the Knights on defense with 101 total tackles, while Reynolds was third with 75 tackles. Curtis was valuable on offense as he finished as the team’s fourth-leading rusher, and added two rushing touchdowns and three receiving scores.
Curtis also had 40 tackles and four sacks on defense.
