For the first time since October 2019, Downtown Live returns to the Courthouse Square in downtown Tarboro when Raleigh’s North Tower Band joins with Tarboro’s Impultz Entertainment to start playing music at 6 p.m. on Thursday
There is no cost to attend the concert, which is hosted by the Town of Tarboro and the Tarboro Development Corp. and sponsored by Off The Main, DeLoatch & Hinton PLLC. and the N.C. Community Foundation Edgecombe Charitable Trust Fund.
The Tarboro Development Corp. will have beer and water available for purchase. All beverage sales help to support future events. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed
Dining downtown will be available at Church St. Tap & Deli, Jin Jin, On The Square, Las Delicias, Tarboro Seafood and Bud’s Classic Diner. Additionally, one food truck will be on site.
Downtown Live continues through the fall with concerts on July 15 featuring Liquid Pleasure, on Aug. 19 with the Legacy Motown Review and Oct. 21 with The Main Event Band. There will be no September concert because of the Tarboro High School homecoming.
