CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE

Adams Publishing Group Eastern North Carolina seeks to build the best Customer Care team in Eastern North Carolina, providing excellent service to our advertising customers and newspaper subscribers for The Greenville Daily Reflector, The Rocky Mount Telegram, and The Elizabeth City Daily Advance, as well as our non-daily newspapers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SKILLS.

This candidate must be independent, reliable, a self starter, able to work with a diverse team and across multiple departments and locations with high levels of success and cooperation, and must be able to type 40 WPM. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, answering incoming calls and emails; telemarketing advertising and subscriptions; accepting advertising and subscription questions, orders and requests for assistance; and resolving issues with advertising and subscriptions. A positive attitude is a must. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, evening hours and a rotating schedule. Hourly wage plus commissions. Position may be filled in our Greenville or Elizabeth City office.
