Under and by virtue of a Judgment made and entered into in the District Court of Edgecombe County on December 13, 2021 in the action entitled "Edgecombe County and Town of Pinetops vs. Wilshire Holding Group, Inc., et al., 21-CVD-708" the undersigned commissioner will on the 26th day of January, 2022, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Edgecombe County, North Carolina, in Tarboro, North Carolina at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in Number Ten Township, Edgecombe County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows: COMMONLY KNOWN AS 106 South Fifth Street, Pinetops, North Carolina, having Edgecombe County Tax Parcel No. 4704-35-1831-00, being located in Number Ten Township and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the west side of Fifth Street 75 feet north of the intersection of Fifth Street and Burnett Street, thence is a westwardly direction parallel to Burnett Street 150 feet cornering, thence in a northerly direction parallel to said Fifth Street 75 feet cornering; thence in an easterly direction parallel to said Burnett Street 150 feet to Fifth Street, thence in a southerly direction along and with said Fifth Street 75 feet to the point of BEGINNING, and being the northern one-half of Lot K and all of Lot J in Square 27 according to the map of said Town of Pinetops, duly recorded in Map Book 1, Page 105, Edgecombe County Registry. AND BEING the identical property conveyed to Wilshire Holding Group, Inc. by Deed from Lowell A. Smoot II dated October 5, 2010 and recorded in Book 1559, Page 787, Edgecombe Public Registry.
