NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the Entry of Default, Judgment and Order of Sale (the "Order") entered on November 2, 2020 in the action entitled, "Nash County v. Jesus Christ Non-denominational Holiness Church, Inc., et al.", Nash County File No. 20-CVD-1135, the undersigned Commissioner will on December 4, 2020 at 10:00AM, sell for cash to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Nash County Courthouse door in Nashville, NC, the following real estate (the "Property"): TRACT ONE: Known as 416 Hammond Street, Rocky Mount, Nash County, and being the identical property described in Book 2511, Page 437, Nash County Registry. Parcel No. 025159 TRACT TWO: Known as 305 Cleo Street, Rocky Mount, Nash County, and being the identical property described in Book 2651, Page 563, Nash County Registry. Parcel No. 028702 TRACT THREE: Known as 2004 S. Church Street, Rocky Mount, Nash County, and being the identical property described in Book 2651, Page 704, Nash County Registry. Parcel No. 303012 TRACT FOUR: Known as 416 Arrington Avenue, Rocky Mount, Nash County, and being the identical property described in Book 2434, Page 157, Nash County Registry. Parcel No. 031006 TRACT FIVE: Known as 114 West Hudson Street, Rocky Mount, Nash County, and being the identical property described in Book 2653, Page 781, Nash County Registry. Parcel No. 028675 The Property will be sold: (i) in parts, with each tract being sold separately; (ii) AS IS, WHERE IS; (iii) subject to the terms of the Order, which terms are incorporated herein by reference; (iv) subject to all taxes and assessments for the year 2020 and beyond; (v) without any covenant or warranty, express or implied; and (vi) subject to all restrictions and easements of record, if any.
