The rings are here: Tarboro gathers to recall memories of 2-A football title

When Tarboro High School football coach Jeff Craddock put on his suit Wednesday night, he reached into his pocket and found a receipt.

“Obviously I don’t dress up too often,” Craddock told the roughly 350 people in attendance at a ring ceremony for the 2-A state champion Vikings in the school’s gym.

Tiger Woods ended months of speculation Tuesday when he announced he will return to competitive golf Apr. 8 at Augusta National in the Masters.
