    Tiger Woods ended months of speculation Tuesday when he announced he will return to competitive golf Apr. 8 at Augusta National in the Masters.

    This is the second mistake he has made in the past three weeks.

    Woods hired former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer to help with damage control and develop a strategy to come back to golf.
