Authorities are searching for a Rocky Mount woman suspected of slashing her ex-boyfriend in the back.
Police said the incident happened around 2:40 a.m. on the 300 block of North Howell Street where a 29-year-old man reported he’d been fighting with his ex-girlfriend, Tomeka Nicole Davis, when she pulled out a knife and cut him in the back. The suspect reportedly fled the scene, and the victim was not seriously injured.
Warrants were obtained against Davis, 30, for assault with a deadly weapon. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 977-1111 or email@example.com.
