Two suspects from Top Ten Most Wanted list captured by police

Two suspects from the Top Ten Most Wanted list were arrested Tuesday night.

Officers reportedly saw Jonathan Chris Wooten, 26, in a car parked at Auto Zone on North Grace Street. When Wooten saw police, he allegedly got out of the vehicle and ran away, but he was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit.

Wooten was served with a warrant for robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the Mount Tobacco Shop robbery in January. He was jailed in Nash County under a $25,000 secured bond.

Terrance Lamont Mabry was served at the magistrate’s office on Cokey Road with outstanding warrants for possession of cocaine with the intent to sell and deliver and possession of cocaine. Mabry posted a $10,000 secured bond and was released.

Great justice system in this

Great justice system in this country. A wanted fugitive, from the top ten list, is caught and given bail so he could walk away! Isn't that why he is on the top ten? For not going to court?
