Two more teens were arrested Tuesday in connection with a Sunday shooting that wounded two outside a bingo hall.
Ja’Sean Terrel Love, 19, and Jaheel Richardson-Spellman, 19, were charged with assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill, inflicting serious injury. Both were jailed in Nash County under $3,000 secured bonds. Montague Fitzgerald Barnes, 19, was arrested earlier Tuesday and charged with two felony counts of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill, inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon. Barnes was jailed in Nash County under a $1,000,500 secured bond.
Rocky Mount police said a group of people were standing in the parking lot of 301 Beach Bingo when gunshots were fired into the crowd. A 20-year-old man was treated and released from Nash General Hospital with a gunshot wound.
A 16-year-old man was shot multiple times and is in stable condition at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
