Rocky Mount police seized marijuana during a Tuesday morning traffic stop.
Officers reportedly stopped a driver shortly after midnight for not stopping at a stop sign. According to police reports, the officers searched the vehicle and found 0.68 ounces of marijuana in the car.
Kevin Felix Romain, 18, was charged with felony possession of marijuana with the intent to sell and deliver and cited him for failure to stop at a stop sign. He was issued a $2,000 secured bond.
