Rocky Mount police are searching for suspects who broke a hole in the wall of a local nightclub and stole thousands of dollars worth of electronics.

Authorities said the owner of Ebony & Ivory called police Monday to report a break-in. According to police reports, the suspects damaged the chain link fence around the club at 2720 N. Church St., did about $1,500 in damage to the building’s exterior and interior walls before stealing about $22,000 worth of speakers and amplifiers.
