Police seize revolver from gunman in park

Rocky Mount police seized a revolver Thursday afternoon from a gunman in Battle Park.

According to police reports, someone gave a description of a man in the park with a gun to 911 operators. Officers responded to the incident and found a man matching the witness’s description with a concealed handgun. No one was injured in the incident.

Reginald Hinton Jr., 20, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a concealed gun on a city park. He was issued a $2,000 unsecured bond.

Admittedly, I didn't witness the incident, but that seems like a loaded word choice. Having a concealed gun and being a gunman are not one-in-the-same. Gunman implies going armed to the terror of the public and shots being fired. Concealed can't be accurate, either. How was the gun seen, if it was concealed?

I agree. After reading the ignorance spewed in this article and the buyback article I can only conclude that: 1. The world is full of idiots. 2. The idiots are ignorant. 3. If a lie is told enough the ignorant idiots believe it over the truth that is is their faces.
