Rocky Mount police are hoping a surveillance image of a suspect’s truck will lead to an arrest in a fraud case.

According to police reports, an Apex woman reported her purse was stolen on Oct. 7 in Franklin County and someone charged $73 to her credit card the same day at the L&L gas station at 4101 Sunset Ave.

The suspect’s vehicle is a white with tan Chevrolet or GMC Z71 with chrome factory wheels and a decal in the middle of the rear window. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Stephen Walker at 972-1457 or stephen.walker@rockymountnc.gov.
