A 46-year-old Rocky Mount man was hospitalized this weekend after being wounded in a shooting.
According to police reports, a group of people was gathered Saturday night at a house on the 1100 block of Branch Street when multiple gunshots were fired at the house. A 46-year-old man was struck one time and transferred to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville where he is listed in critical but stable condition. No one else was wounded in the gunfire.
