Police arrested a man Tuesday in connection with allegedly touching a woman in a restroom at Hardees on Raleigh Boulevard.

According to police reports, staff at Hardees called police early Tuesday morning about a man who went into the women’s restroom and allegedly inappropriately touched a 19-year-old woman. The man fled the scene before police arrived, but officers apprehended him a short distance from the restaurant. Timothy Quartey, 29, was charged with sexual battery and soliciting crime against nature.
