A Rocky Mount teenager was arrested Friday in connection with allegedly stealing from her employer.

Shaniqua Renee Davis, 18, was charged with two felony counts of larceny by employee. She was issued a $2,000 secured bond.

Police said Hospira loss prevention employees called police to report about $300 being taken from the cafeteria during a two-week period. The theft was investigated and Davis, a cashier in the cafeteria, was arrested.
