I would like to know why we have to have a toll on Interstate 95 to rebuild it when we did I-440 without any tolls to spend our money?
I would suggest they consider to stop wasting our tax dollars and build it with tax money like they did the other roads.
Just because Eastern North Carolina is poorer does not mean that you have to take it out on us.
