I am calling concerning the traffic on Powell Street around Sterling Way near the Hazelwood community right off of Raleigh Road.

There are some young hoodlum types out there that are constantly squealing tires, blasting low music and speeding up and down the street all the time.

The police are slowly responding after a call to this area.

The residents of this community are really afraid and feel as if our lives are disturbed.

I just wish the police would be more visible and would respond more quickly.
