I am calling in reference to the article on the mayor and the assistant city manager celebrating the supposed success of the Douglas Block renovation.

It says that annual rent payments are meeting the annual operating expenses and therefore they are celebrating it as a success not withstanding the city’s half million dollar investment and the $228,000 annual payments until 2029 that are owed to the federal government to finance this.

It sounds like to me that it is a terrible failure.

I am glad they are not buying and managing property for me.
