Principal should not have been removed

1 Comment | Leave a Comment

I am calling about the removal of the principal, Connie Bobbitt, from Southern Nash High School.

Mrs. Bobbitt was a pillar of the community of Southern Nash County and was probably the only remaining female principal of a high school in Nash-Rocky Mount Schools.

She should not have been removed.

How can any principal be responsible for all 1,300 students who enter high school doors every day?

With only two months of school remaining and with prom and graduation coming up, was it even necessary to remove her at this time?

Responsibility?

"How can any principal be responsible for all 1,300 students who enter high school doors every day?" Are you serious? That is their job, their responsibility is all of those children AND staff. You might as well have said how can a teacher be responsible for all 30 students who enter classroom doors everyday. It was not just one incident, there was a series of incidents. One incident just put the icing on the cake.
