Christ did actually rise from the dead and has become the first of millions who will come back to life again some day. Death came into the world because of what one man (Adam) did, and it is because of what the other man (Christ) has done that now there is the resurrection from the dead.
Everyone dies because all of us are related to Adam, being members of his sinful race, and wherever there is sin, death results. But all who are related to Christ will rise again. Each, however, in his own turn: Christ rose first, then when Christ comes back, all of his people will become alive again. After that, the end will come when he will turn the kingdom over to God the Father, having put down all enemies of every kind.
What have we done with the resurrection season as Christian America? Remember the big billboard sign a short time ago on Cokey Road at Green Pastures that said, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord” (Psalms 33:12?
We have let the system take Jesus completely out of businesses and government. Where is the respect for our God, our Christian foundation?
He lives. He did conquer the grave, went to hell for us. He also warns in the Bible – the nation that doesn’t keep him Lord will go down. Do you not see beautiful America going down? Wake up, Christians. It’s up to us to stand up for the salvation of our nation. It’s time to put action to our prayers. Read your Bible in the home and teach our children Easter is about Jesus and not the bunny rabbit. The revelation days are here. Antichrist is in everything, everywhere. The future of our youth is in our hands. Psalms 34:9 : “Oh, fear the Lord, you his saints! There is no want to those who fear him…those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.” Verse 16 warns, “The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off remembrance of them from the earth.”
Start anew. The National Day of Prayer is the first Thursday in May. See you there and don’t forget to vote in May. Your attendance, prayers and votes make a difference. God bless you.
