Jessica Dawn Outlaw and The Rev. Daniel Mark Cenci were married at 3 p.m. June 1, 2013 at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.
The Rev. James Barney Hawkins IV, officiant and The Rev. Betty M. Glover, celebrant.
The bride is the daughter of Tracey Lane Outlaw of Rocky Mount.
Grandmother of the bride is Nancy Bunn Outlaw of Rocky Mount.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Alfred Cenci of Parkville, Md.
Grandparents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Angelo Cenci of Ocean City, Md., Ms. Edith Abernethy of Tarboro, and the late Mr. Richard Abernethy.
Given in marriage by Jason Shane Outlaw, uncle of the bride, the bride wore an Ivory organza Vera Wang wedding gown.
For flowers she carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas, roses, hypernicum berries and cotton blossoms.
Miss Mary Margaret Brock of Bailey, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor.
Mrs. Cheriee Dawn Tom of Middlesex, friend of the bride, served as matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Miss Melody Outlaw of Nashville, Miss Sarah Bland of Rocky Mount, both cousins of the bride, Miss Nitaya Reyes of Raleigh, Mrs. Jena Lynch of Roanoke Rapids and Ms. Ellen Proctor of Washington, D.C., all friends of the bride.
Miss Kaylee Storm of Frederick, Md., niece of the groom, served as flower girl.
Mr. David Andrews of Parkville, Md., friend of the groom, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Mr. Ian Mueller of Greenville, cousin of the groom, Mr. Stephen Nobles II of Nashville, The Rev. Christopher Cole of Athens, Ga., The Rev. Matthew Wright of Brewster, N.Y., Mr. Richard Gilchrist of Atlanta, Ga., and Mr. Logan Churchwell of Houston, Texas, all friends of the groom.
Mr. Nicholas Proctor of Washington, D.C., godson of the bride, served as ring bearer.
Mr. Austin Storm of Frederick, Md., nephew of the groom, served as crucifer.
The Rev. Katie Churchwell of Houston, TX, friend of the groom and Mr. Raymond Outlaw of Nashville, cousin of the bride, served as lectors.
Music was provided by Mr. Lawrence Goering, organist of Good Shepherd Episcopal.
A reception was held at the Manning family homestead in Speed.
Following a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple will live in Montgomery, Ala.
The bride graduated from Nash Community College in Rocky Mount.
She is employed by Baptist East Hospital in Montgomery, Ala.
The groom graduated from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Ala. and The Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria, Va.
He is employed by St. John’s Episcopal Church in Montgomery, Ala.
On April 5, 2013, a wedding shower was hosted by Miss Mary Margaret Brock and Mrs. Cheriee Dawn Tom at the Manning family homestead in Speed.
On April 30, 2013, a bridal shower was hosted by Mrs. Mary Ward Wisnewski and the ladies of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Montgomery, Ala.
On May 30, 2013, a bridal luncheon was hosted by Tracey Outlaw, mother of the bride, Nancy Outlaw, grandmother of the bride, and Jennifer Susan Bland, aunt of the bride, all of Rocky Mount, at The Legacy in Elm City.
On May 31, 2013, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Roland Cenci, parents of the groom, at The Main Street Inn in Tarboro.


Congratulations! My advice is

Congratulations! My advice is to love each other and respect each other. I remember my wedding day. We had a wonderful wedding as well. My favorite part of my wedding was when we exchanged our vows. In May this year we will make five years from the wedding and we are looking for really cute charms to celebrate this event.
