DURHAM – Lindsey McKee Kinnaird and Bryan Henry Scherich were married at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011 at First Presbyterian Church in Durham. - The Rev. Peter Bynum performed the ceremony. - The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Paul McKee Kinnaird, Jr. of Rocky Mount. - The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Henry Howard Scherich of - Durham. - The bride was given in marriage by her father. - Megan Kinnaird Pollock of Alexandria, Va., sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. - Bridesmaids were Sarah Richardson Andrews of Charlotte, Laura Marshall Harris of Washington, D.C., - Abigail Buchanan Neblett of Dallas, Texas and Elizabeth Ann Wicker of Raleigh. - The groom chose his father to serve as best man. - Groomsmen were Nathan Lee Scherich of New York, N.Y., brother of the groom, Clay - Harrison Britton of Hope Mills, - William Boone Dixon of Maryville, Tenn., - Benjamin Lane - Slizweski of Grand Rapids, Mich., and - Spencer Brooks Welborn of Durham. - Conner Kinnaird - Pollock of Alexandria, Va., nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer. - A reception was held at The Imperial Building in Durham. - Following a wedding trip to California, the couple will live in Durham. - The bride and groom both graduated from Elon University.
