Edgecombe County Sheriff’s deputies have charged a 23-year-old man in connection with two break-ins on Aug. 3.

According to police reports, deputies responded to two separate reports of larcenies in Linwood Dixon Trailer Park. They charge Neal broke into a home on Jamie Lane and stole gold jewelry then a home on Katherine Lane where a laptop and silver jewelry was stolen. Deputies were able to recovery some of the stolen jewelry.

Neal was arrested Monday and charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, two counts of obtaining property by false pretense and two counts of larceny. He was placed in the Edgecombe County jail under a $25,000 secured bond.
