Slow reporting!!

This happened over 21 hours ago and the Telegram is finally posting a story! What is up with that Telegram!

Because

It didn't happened at a church or to a member of the Faith Base Community. The policy the RMT.PD. use will kill someone else the question is who will it be next time or who's family will have to suffer next because the city council and the Rmt. PD. wait for crime to take place when all the signs are there and the question is not if but when?

White guy, Black guy?

Did I miss this somewhere? It would help description-wise if we knew the race of individual being sought.

Suspect

He is a 29-year-old black man. His picture will be posted here later, but I did tweet it earlier this afternoon, so you can see it there by searching for @BHandgraaf_RMT. I hope this helps.
