Congratulations on your anniversary! The Rocky Mount Telegram will print your announcement for a fee of $15. Announcements
will be posted on our website the Tuesday after they are published in the paper on Sunday. Please adhere to the following rules in submitting your announcement notice. Because of the number of requests to print anniversary announcements, we regret that no exceptions can be made to them.
♦ Announcements cannot be printed except for the number of years mentioned.
♦ Complete the following form and submit it to the Classified Department by 5p.m. Monday before the Sunday you would
like you announcement to appear.
♦ Do not submit a written announcement. Only the information on this form will be used to prepare the
announcement.
♦ A 1-column-wide by 2.75 inches-deep photo will be printed with your announcement. Photos submited must be no
smaller than 3x5 inches or larger than 8x10 inches. The photo should show the subject(s) against a contrasting background. The photo may be picked up starting Monday after it is publlished on Sunday. Photos will be kept two months after publication, then discarded.
♦ Additional information, a 2-column-wide by 5 inch-deep photo, or photo of the couple on their original wedding
day may be published with the announcement at an additional charge. Please ask the Classified Department for more information.
♦ All anniversary forms must include a contact’s name and daytime and evening telephone numbers.
