A multi-vehicle accident has closed all lanes of Interstate 95 North at the Nash/Wilson County line near mile marker 125, northwest of Wilson, according to the N.C. Highway Patrol. The closure is expected to continue until later this morning.

Motorists are advised to use caution in the area and seek alternate routes if possible. The northbound exit closest to the crash scene is Exit 121, U.S. 264.

The crash is also causing problems for southbound I-95 traffic, as onlooker delays have created congestion. Motorists are urged to be cautious traveling through that area.
