Lanier

I'm sure Keith Lanier has already called several times about this one. God help the one on the other line. The last thing you want to do is get hurt and deal with this idiot. If you work for the city of RM and get hurt off duty then the city will not have any light duty work for you. This means you have to use all your sick time and short term disability if you have any. If you get hurt on duty then the city magicly has all kinds of work for you. They are not going to pay you to stay home. Mr Lanier will call your Dr and tell him the city has a "light duty" that meets your requirements. So instead of recovering at home they drag you back to work only to work you harder then your job before you got hurt. Don't believe it......ask anyone that has been on light duty for RM. Keith Lanier is a joke and a snake in the grass. Avoid him at all cost! GW

RM safety man
