Nash County deputies work Saturday outside of Castalia to clear the remains of an RV that had been stolen Friday from a resident in Greenville. A nearby resident on on Red Bud Road called police around 11 p.m. on Friday reporting she had heard an explosion and could see flames in the distance. Deputies and Castalia firefighters found the RV engulfed in flames. The sheriff's office is continuing to investigate the theft and arson, deputies said Monday.
