Seven charged in drug-dealing operation

The Nash County Sheriff’s Office announced this week the arrest of seven
suspects believed to be players in a growing ring of organizations that
distributed prescription pills, ecstasy, cocaine and marijuana in the area.
Through the campaign dubbed “Operation Punisher,” deputies said they hoped to
“send a message that these crimes will not be tolerated in this
jurisdiction,” Lt. Pat Joyner said in a written statement.
The Rocky Mount Police Department, Nashville Police Department, Edgecombe
County Sheriff’s Office, Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, N.C. Department of
Alcohol Law Enforcement and the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation assisted
in the operation.
The following people were arrested last week as part of the operation:
- Larry Dale Toney, 52, of Nashville was charged with possession with intent to
sell and deliver marijuana, sell and deliver marijuana, maintain a
vehicle or dwelling place, possession with intent to sell and deliver
schedule II controlled substance. He was given a $50,000 secured bond.
- Cameron Dale Toney, 19, of Nashville was charged with two counts of possession
with the intent to sell and deliver cocaine. He was given a $40,000
secured bond.
- Johnny Vance Benton Jr., 21, of Rocky Mount was charged with possession with
the intent to sell and deliver LSD and sell and deliver LSD. He was
given a $35,000 secured bond.
- Terry Lynn Mccoy, 49, of Rocky Mount was charged with possession with the
intent to sell and deliver cocaine and sell and deliver cocaine. He was
given a $10,000 secured bond.
- Stephanie Lynn Ferrell, 32, of Rocky Mount was charged with four counts of
trafficking in opium or heroin and given a $300,000 secured bond.
- Dusten Wade Donaldson, 24, of Sharpsburg was charged with possession with the
intent to sell and deliver schedule II and sell and deliver schedule II
and given a $25,000 secured bond.
- Erin Nicole Lynn, 23, an N.C. Department of Corrections inmate, was charged
with possession with the intent to sell and deliver a counterfeit
controlled substance, sell and deliver a counterfeit controlled
substance and conspiracy to sell or deliver cocaine and given a $20,000
secured bond.
Rocky Mount police also reported the following incidents:
Assault
- 16-year-old boy grabbed by neck at Rocky Mount Preparatory Academy on the 3300
block of Bishop Road.
- 18-year-old man punched in mouth at Nash Central High School on the 4200 block
of Nash Central High Road.
- 30-year-old woman attacked in restaurant on the 100 block of South Wesleyan
Boulevard.
- 27-year-old woman pushed down during domestic dispute on the 1300 block of
Niblick Drive.
- 49-year-old man shot on the 500 block of North Winsted Road.
- 33-year-old man cut with unknown object at Meadowbrook Road and North Raleigh
Street.
- 46-year-old man stabbed in arm at Howell and Star streets.
- 22-year-old woman punched in face during domestic dispute on the 100 block of
Linustrum Court.
- 31-year-old man punched in eye on the 2700 block of North Wesleyan Boulevard.
- 35-year-old woman attacked on the 1100 block of Cokey Road.
- 66-year-old man scratched in eye during domestic dispute on the 800 block of
Long Avenue.
- 39-year-old man hit in back of head on the 200 block of Triple Court.
- 25-year-old woman punched in domestic dispute on the 1600 block of Cokey Road.
- 38-year-old man hit in head on the 600 block of Cascade Road.
- 17-year-old boy cut on the 1100 block of Leggett Road.
- 35-year-old woman hit with car on the 7500 block of N.C. 48.
Residential break-ins
- 300 block of Cleo Street; stolen, TV.
- 1900 block of Peele Road; stolen, TV.
- 1200 block of Southwest Main Street; stolen, laptop, $20, dog food and
bicycle.
- 1300 block of Birch Street; stolen, $300 and U.S. Army uniform.
- 200 block of South Tillery Street; stolen, Mercedes Benz.
- 1200 block of Southwest Main Street; stolen, jewelry.
- 100 block of Petty Court; stolen, Xbox 360, TV and camera.
- 1600 block of Hunter Street; stolen, $10 in coins.
- 100 block of Photina Court; stolen, refrigerator, dresser, table, chair, oven,
DVD player and TV.
- 200 block of Mayo Street; stolen, computer, laptop, tires, two cell phones,
camcorder and jewelry.
- 800 block of Jeffreys Road; stolen, $1,00, two laptops, iPod, two GPS devices,
DVD player and two video cameras.
Hit and run
- Utility pole hit at the intersection of Stokes and Raleigh streets.
- Stop sign and fire hydrant hit on the 1100 block of South Wesleyan Boulevard.
Motor vehicle thefts
- 1997 Mazda 626 from the 800 block of Sycamore Street.
- 1999 Chevy Astrovan from the 100 block of Boyd Court.
Larceny
- 39-year-old man at George and Rose streets; stolen, wallet.
- 21-year-old man robbed at gunpoint on the 300 block of Commodore Drive;
nothing stolen.

Just wondering, were all of these people busted at the same time? They must have been delivering their drugs from a family Van. A family that sells together, stays together and obviously goes to prison together! Enjoy your Prison Thanksgiving Turkey!!! LOL

Man this guy (larry) has been selling drugs for 10+ yrs that i know of. He even had his son at 12yrs old selling cocaine. Took the cops long enough.
