One of the problems of these crimes is the way these "killers" have com into the world...mostly by single, young mothers with no fathers in site, no education and living off of government assistance. Its a cycle that must be broken. If the government would stop "rewarding" those who choose this lifestyle, then maybe young women would make better choices. I'm sick of stories about (black) kids not doing well in school and people are blaming the school system. They aren't doing well because their parents have no interest in their schooling...only how much more "free" money they can get. you have to be mature and responsible before having a child - it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
