A Rocky Mount teen was shot late Sunday after a group of men approached him asking about drugs, police said.

Damian Taylor, 16, told police three unknown men stopped him just prior to midnight at the intersection of Hargrove and Daughtridge streets and asked him where they could go to buy drugs.
