Officials revoked the mixed beverages alcohol permit Monday of Da Wave nightclub following more paperwork problems.

According to a notice from the N.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, an inspection was conducted in November when officials explained the need to submit financial and inventory reports monthly. A written warning was issued to Da Wave on Dec. 18 with a request to submit the required reports by Dec. 27, but the owner failed to comply. Da Wave still has its malt beverage and unfortified wine permits, but the mixed beverages permit was suspended until the reports are submitted.
