This is in response to the letters that said we don’t need gun laws.

I disagree.

If people didn’t have so many guns, their relatives would not be able to break into their closets and kill a lot of innocent people such as the incident in Newtown, Conn.

People have no business having so many guns.

In other countries, the murder and homicide rates are much lower than in the United States because those countries have proper gun laws.

That is what we need in this country.
