GASTONIA — A charge of soliciting prostitution has again been dismissed for a former Kings Mountain pastor.

A judge on Friday found Clinton Feemster of Gastonia not guilty in connection with an encounter with an undercover police officer.

Feemster was arrested after Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said he asked an undercover male officer for sex Oct. 26 at the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport overlook.

Police said another officer in a sting task force recognized Feemster from a previous arrest on similar charges. A judge also found Feemster not guilty of those accusations.

Feemster's attorney said Friday her client was happy with the judge's decision. Mount Pisgah Baptist Church pastor Charles Turner said Feemster stepped away from leadership roles at the Bessemer City church after he was accused.
