NORLINA — Warren County deputies say they are investigating the death of a man in a Norlina home as a homicide.
Sheriff Johnny Williams told The Daily Dispatch of Henderson that deputies were called to the home around 1 p.m. Saturday after someone found a dead man.
Williams says the body had no identification on it. He said evidence at the scene pointed toward a homicide, but a medical examiner had been called to determine exactly how the victim died.
The sheriff didn’t release any additional information on the death.
