A proposal brought forth by Gov. Pat McCrory to make sweeping changes to a state road-funding formula is getting mixed reviews from Twin Counties leaders.

it's about time

a grand scheme, and long overdue. this makes business sense for the rocky mount area and goes beyond spending money for the sake of wasting it to make a few voters happy. the sooner the interchange on sunset the better as it will in fact help the area jump forward and it doesn't leave other projects totally out. thank you, Governor.
