Vehicle Fire
Friday, August 29, 2008

Nash County deputies and a handful of curious motorists await the West Mount Volunteer Fire Department as a car-fire rages around 7 p.m. Friday on I-95 near mile marker 131. Witnesses said the car veered off the road and rolled once before coming to rest on its side. After a few moments, the car burst into flames, reports said. No one was seriously injured in the wreck, authorities said.
