Century 21 honors Blalock’s sales record

Tonya Blalock of Century 21 The Combs Co. recently was recognized as one of the top producers nationwide for Century 21 Real Estate LLC at an awards ceremony.

Blalock was presented the emerald Century 21 Masters Award as an agent who has sold property worth at least $143,000 or closed at least 40 sales in a calendar year. Honorees also are invited to a Century 21 top agent retreat.

The honor was the second one recently given the real estate agent. The brokerage recently presented her its Top Producer of the Year and Top Selling Agent of the Year and recognized her for making $6 million in sales.

Blalock has 23 years of real estate experience and has earned numerous local and national awards. She is currently ranked 20th for adjusted gross sales and 41st for units closed for Century 21 Real Estate LLC.
