A Greenville law office called a news conference Tuesday to announce that officials from Rocky Mount, Kinston and a Kinston water park have not responded to requests for information about an incident at the park that left a boy in a coma.

Why was he there if he couldn't swim? Did his mother not know he was going out of town to a water park. Did the people she entrusted him with know he couldn't swim?
