Review: Based on the TV cartoon series "Disney's Recess," this animated feature is the story of a handful of fourth grade students who suspect the school's former principal is trying to eliminate the summer break. The kids follow their leader, T.J., as he tries to prevent the principal from creating a permanent winter.
