Police officers from all over the state ride to attend the peace officers memorial on Friday at Englewood Baptist Church on Winstead Aveune.
Families of law enforcement officers who sacrificed their lives in the performance of their duties were joined Friday by state and area leaders and law enforcement officers from across the state and nationally to observe N.C. Peace Officers Memorial Day.
