E-policing report for Feb. 2

The Rocky Mount Police Department issued the following E-policing report on Tuesday, Feb. 2:

2/2/10 @ 2135 hours
Commercial Breaking and Entering
104 Zebulon Court - Rocky Mount Treatment Center
An unknown suspect made entry into the business.  It is unknown at this time if any items are missing.
 
Update on Case Previously Reported through E-policing:

 
1/18/10 @ 0731 hours
Commercial Breaking and Entering
641 Tarrytown Center - Dollar General
Suspect:  Franklin Douglas Scruggs Jr., 40
Officers found the front door glass broken. The suspect broke the front glass with a rock, entered, removed several items from within the store and left the scene. Through further investigation, the Criminal Investigation developed Franklin Douglas Scruggs Jr. as a suspect in this case.  Warrants were obtained on 2/1/10 for Scruggs for charges of Breaking and Entering and Larceny after Breaking and Entering. 

Scruggs was arrested 2/1/10 by officers of the RMPD Uniform Operations Division.
