Cindy Jackson, Boice-Willis Clinic insurance specialist, started a new holiday tradition this Christmas.

Jackson encouraged co-workers in Boice-Willis Clinic’s Business Operations to sponsor families at the Bassett Center this year instead of participating in a traditional employee gift exchange.

More than 15 employees were on hand to help Bassett Center employees load a van and trailer with bikes, toys, clothes, as well as ham and trimmings for Christmas dinner.

Many other Boice-Willis Clinic employees, including those in the departments of neurology, rheumatology, oncology, imaging, medical records and purchasing, chose to sponsor families through agencies such as the Bassett Center, My Sister’s House, the Salvation Army and their local churches.
