The Rocky Mount Treatment Center will sponsor a “Night of Hope” at 6 p.m. Friday at 104 Zebulon Court.

Addiction is a complicated disorder that can affect anyone and requires holistic treatment. The “Night of Hope” is an opportunity for people to learn what treatment options and resources are available for individuals struggling with addiction.

Addiction treatment professionals will be available to answer questions and a speaker at 7 p.m. will talk about his journey through addiction and recovery.

Luminaries in honor of loved ones who have been victims of drugs also will be available for purchase and will be displayed during the event. Luminaries may be purchased for $3 each or two for $5. All proceeds will go toward helping individuals who want to get into treatment.
