On Jan. 6, Millard Thacker, 2002 Ruritan National President, installed Wayne Outlaw as the 2008 Ruritan National President at the National Ruritan Convention held in Nashville, Tenn.
Wayne is a member of the West Mount Ruritan Club, the Dortches Ruritan Club and the Down East Luncheon Ruritan Club
