Four new staff members have joined Standard Insurance and Realty.

Teresa Fannin has been named Standard’s personal lines manager and marketing agent. She has more than 35 years experience in the insurance industry, including previously being a co-owner of the former Pease Kerr Agency in Painesville, Ohio. She holds the Accredited Advisor of Insurance and Certified Insurance Counselor professional designations and is an active member of the National Association of Insurance Women International.

Jennifer McCann has been named a sales representative. She previously worked in residential real estate, commercial leasing and property management and holds a broker in charge license and the Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist professional designations from the Community Association Institute. An Enfield native, she and her husband, John, live in Atlantic Beach.

Jim Kehoe has joined the technology support staff. Originally trained as a computer systems analyst and then an instructor in the Air Force, he holds several technical certifications. In civic life, he is vice president of Touched By One Ministries, a nonprofit, Christian aid organization.

Angela Byrne has been named a commercial lines account manager for large commercial clients and will take a role in management of the Commercial Lines Department. She has 11 years experience in the insurance industry, the last 10 being in Clayton, and holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Builders Insurance Agent professional designations. Byrne also has served on the Agents Advisory Council for Builders Mutual Insurance Co. and Hartford Insurance Co. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Wilson and have three daughters.
