    Boice-Willis Clinic Endoscopy Center has been re-accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

    Accreditation means that the center meets national standards. The process includes a self-assessment and an on-site survey by the association’s staff.

  • Plastics factory to close

    A plastic manufacturing plant in Battleboro that employs 241 full-time workers will be closing its doors at the end of November.

    Berry Plastics is closing its tapes, bags and coatings manufacturing plant at 5746 Pearsall St. that has been open for 24 years. It operates out of a 390,000-square-foot building that the company will be putting up for sale.

    Bob Land of Landmark Financial Services LLC has completed the updated Certified in Long-Term Care designation graduate course for the second time.

    The CLTC program was created to provide financial service professionals with the tools needed to create long-term care and retirement plans for clients.
