Monday baseball thoughts
Ted, thanks for your suggestions on the Turner Field food. I have yet to make it down there. I’m guessing there weren’t long lines at the concessions stand, huh? The Braves have given an apathetic sports town little to cheer about.
To be honest Ted, I thought the food at Mudcats games used to be better. I remember going there as a teenager and eating fries that were in the shape of a Mudcats tail. Their restaurant, Cattails, is a good idea for a minor league team.
I ran across a fun baseball item online today. This guy does the best batting stance imitations you’ll see. I used to imitate N.Y. Mets players in my living room as a youngster. I was never as good as this guy. You can find the same, I believe, for all 30 MLB teams.

My wife and daughter only went to the Mudcats game because of Cattails and it was really first class.
