Still on the loose

The Nash County Sheriff's Department is still looking for a couple of teens caught in the act of stealing from a house on the 3600 block of Rocky Cross Road in Zebulon.

These teenagers reportedly broke into the home, but didn't steal anything from the home. A motion-activated webcam in the living room of the home caught the images at the end of September, but no one has come forward identifying the suspects.

Deputies are renewing the search by redistributing the pics in hopes someone will recognize the suspects and call 459-4121.

Before this story, I had heard about motion-activated home security cameras, but had never seen one in action. The second image may not look like much, but someone should be able to make an identification with the first image. What do you think? Do you think the camera is worth the ~$100 the owner spent? Does this make you lean toward getting someone you know a camera like this for the holidays?

Oh, Christmas Tree
